According to the Administrative Resolution of the Investigative Body No. 025-2024-Ugel-H / JRRHH-OI, it concerns Nori Lupita Silvestre Urbano, who holds the position of service worker II at Ugel Huancayo. This resolution is based on an Internal Control report that collected the intervention minutes on the worker’s absence on April 18, 19, 20 and 21, 2023, in addition to October 5 and November 21 of the same year.
In this resolution, which was issued on August 22, there is also a comparative table of the marking at her workplace, and the in-person attendance at the Sicaya institute during some days from April to November 2023, which makes it appear that the public worker would be in both places at the same time.
