United States Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken.

The arrival of the US Secretary of State at the National Palace took place around 10:00 in the morning.
Secretary Blinken was received on the Front Steps of the Government House by the Minister of the Presidency, José Ignacio Paliza; the Vice Minister of Multilateral Foreign Policy, Rubén Silié; and the Director of State Ceremonies and Protocol, Ambassador Francisco José Cantizano Nadal, who led him to the White Room, where he will meet privately with President Abinader.
