Santo Domingo.- The United States Secretary of State Antony Blinkenwill arrive at the National Palace at 9:55 in the morning along with the entourage that will accompany him.
After his arrival, Blinken will meet privately with the presidentand Luis Abinader to discuss issues of common interest, followed by a broader bilateral meeting with members of both delegations.
