President Luis Abinader gives the first punch this afternoon for the start of construction work on the border fence between the Dominican Republic and Haiti in the Dajabón province.
With this first pierce in Dajabón, the first stage of the project will start with a new design within which it is intended to integrate a physical fence with a lighting system, command center, control and movement sensors.
