Santo Domingo, DN- Ciudad Colonial is constantly evolving, and within this evolution, the security plan in Ciudad Colonial has stood out, demonstrating that the joint work between the Tourist Police (Politur) and the National Police has managed to guarantee a safe area for residents and merchants.
Since the implementation of the Security Plan, a significant decrease in criminal incidents has been observed in the area. This result reflects the commitment and effectiveness of the measures adopted.
The continued presence of security forces on the streets of Ciudad Colonial has been key to maintaining peace and security.
Patrols, both in vehicles, on motorcycles and on foot, have ensured constant surveillance in every quadrant of our community. The success of the plan would not have been possible without the close collaboration between community members, merchants and the authorities.
