On the night of this Monday, September 2, the 1st Preparatory Investigation Court of Surco de la Lima Court ordered preventive detention for three civilians and three police officers for the kidnapping of Iván Siucho and Nicole Graña.

As a reminder, Iván Siucho Neira reported that last Friday, August 23, some subjects entered his apartment, located in Surco, with firearms, threatening to kill him for the statements he gave as a protected witness in the case ‘Waykis en la Sombra’, in which Nicanor Boluarte, brother of the president, and the lawyer Mateo Castañeda are involved.
He even said that his partner was robbed of her two cell phones and then forced to get into a black car and, after a drive, released her.

According to his statement to the Kidnapping Investigation Department (DIVINSEC), Iván Siucho said that six people participated in his kidnapping. According to his testimony, those involved identified themselves as investigative police officers, and one of them even showed him his badge, RPP reported.
Siucho revealed that they called him a “snitch” and asked him to “stop talking and collaborating with the Prosecutor’s Office.”

Armando Tapia Almonacid, Henry del Castillo Caycho, Medo Delgado Rodríguez and police officers Rolando Castillo Pino, Gabriel Neyra Zapata and Edgar Tinoco Yantas received 15 months of preventive detention and were ordered to be interned in the Ancón II penal institution.
