The president said that these problems were not resolved by previous governments and stressed that during her administration these problems have been the subject of attention and that, in this direction, “we will continue to advance and improve.”
During the ceremony to deliver the kits of equipment modules for soup kitchens and popular dining rooms for the Lima district of San Martín de Porres, he said that in the country “we may have some differences of understanding, but through dialogue we can make these lessen and embrace each other from the heart to move forward by solving these problems.”
Regarding the criticism against him, he said: “Nothing will stop us.”
“We are not going to listen. To foolish words deaf earsand we put more punch into solving the problems,” he said, then highlighting that during his administration “we will continue to advance” to improve sectors such as health, education and food.
“We will continue to follow this approach until July 28, 2026,” he stressed. Of course, he did not refer to the alleged protection that his government would be providing to the fugitive Vladimir Cerrón.
At another point, he defended his support for Minister Santiváñez, who is involved in a controversy over the dissemination of the recordings.
“They even criticize when I heartily embrace ministers who do a good job. This is the president who thanks her ministers with sincere and unhypocritical affection,” he said.
