For this reason, the Ministry of Government is asking the Council of the Judiciary to investigate ex officio the administrators of justice who benefited the alleged partner of Sebastián Marset.

After the incident, the injured man was taken to the hospital in Cotoca. William Catorceno, Secretary of Health of Cotoca, indicated that two patients with gunshot wounds arrived at the Virgen de Cotoca Municipal Hospital, one of them dead. The ages of both fluctuate between 30 and 35 years, according to the doctor.
