COVID-19: 19,857 infections and 470 deaths are recorded in 24 hours

The incidence rate of accumulated cases is 4,156 per 100,000 inhabitants, while the distribution by sex, in confirmed deaths, shows a male predominance of 62%. The median age is 64 years.

The entities with the most infections are Mexico City, the State of Mexico, Nuevo León, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Tabasco, San Luis Potosí, Veracruz, Puebla and Sonora. Together, they make up 64% of all accumulated cases in the country.

In addition, there are 660,441 suspected cases of COVID-19 in the country, 8,806,351 have tested negative, and it is estimated that there are 80,275 active cases.
