In a violent and frustrated shooting at a grocery store in front of several customers, two criminals shot a young shopkeeper in the head. In addition, her brother and a motorcycle taxi driver were injured in an incident that occurred in the middle of a market on the busy Buenos Aires Avenue, in the province of Sullana.
The robbery happened yesterday afternoon, when two thugs on a motorcycle arrived at the “Villalta” store located on the first block of Buenos Aires Avenue, in front of the Juan Velasco Alvarado school, where one of them got off and entered the store. There, according to merchants and witnesses, the owners resisted and caused the thug to start a shootout inside the store, shooting Carol Julissa Villalta Espinoza, 30 years old, in the head. She is in critical condition at Hospital II-2, where she was taken.
Likewise, the projectiles wounded his brother, Jhors Brayand Villalta Espinoza (22) in one of the legs and also the motorcycle taxi driver Jesús Narciso Alcedo Zapata, 50 years old, who was inside the establishment.

After the failed robbery, the criminal fled on the black motorcycle where his accomplice was waiting for him outside and fled without direction.
Although it was learned that the Police would already follow the steps of those who participated in the incident and they could be captured in the next few hours.
Police officers in charge of the investigation are also analysing images from surveillance cameras that allegedly captured the two criminals who carried out the robbery and left the young shopkeeper seriously injured, as well as her brother and the motorcycle taxi driver.
It was also learned that the premises had already been robbed on previous occasions.
