Santo Domingo.– The National Police reported this Wednesday that A man who was identified as the confessed author of the death of his partner turned himself in to the Central Investigation Directorate (DICRIM), who died by strangulation in an incident that occurred in the Guachupita sector of the National District.
It is about Franklin Gabriel Contreras Parra, alias Gabriel, 29 years oldwhile the victim is Ruth Esther Sosa Chacón, 30, whose body was found in a residence located in the aforementioned sector.
Contreras Parra, alias Gabriel, when questioned about the incident, admitted his responsibility, and will therefore be placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the corresponding legal purposes.
