Faced with the land dispute at the old San Ignacio de Velasco airport, Juan Cochamanidis, The Medical College of the province of Velasco, through a statement, proposes to urgently and quickly resume the construction of the second level hospital in this place.
According to the statement, the suggestion was born in a meeting held where the problem that the Ignatian people are going through was analyzed since 2021 when settlements became visible that on February 1, 2022 resulted in the appearance of fences, concrete houses, subdivisions and construction of streets.
“No one cares about the collective well-being that should be the priority, seeking first the benefit of the town of San Ignacio and all its inhabitants without exception. In a meeting held, said problem was analyzed and it was decided to send this real and open suggestion to the knowledge of all the authorities, shelves and inhabitants of our beloved province”, reads the letter.
In turn, the institution urges the Ignatian population to demonstrate and support the cause “for the greater and collective good that benefits the entire province.” Ensures that, if immediate action is not taken, it would be regretted in the future since the only loser would be the people that it will not have that space for the creation of works and hospitals.
