This session will take place after having been suspended on August 9 because, according to the plaintiff’s lawyers, they did not have time to analyze the files.
“We need at least seven (working) days,” was what the defense said. Nicanor Boluarte and Matthew Castaneda in view of the 30,900 pages submitted for the aforementioned case of national interest.

The request also applies to Jorge Luis Ortiz Marreros, former director of the General Directorate of Internal Government; Jorge and Noriel Chingay Salazar; and Zenovia Griselda Herrera Vásquez, for allegedly belonging to a criminal organization.
According to the Public Prosecutor’s thesis, the closeness of the President of the Republic’s brother to the Government would allow him to obtain privileged information that would have been illegally structured by his lawyer.
