Social programs have allocated RD$44,599 million in this year’s budget. Supérate has the largest amount
The Government spent RD$28,861.4 million on social programs from January 1 to August 16 of this year, of which RD$27,748.7 million corresponded to the Supérate Program.

On the Supérate card, the Government spent RD$19,606.6 million of a total budget of RD$29,977.2 million for the entire year.
In Superate Mujerthe execution was RD$55.4 million of a total budget of RD$83.6 million, while the disability bonus was RD$210.89 million of a budget of RD$480.6 million, according to the General Budget Directorate.
The execution of the subsidy on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for homes was RD$4,928.5 million out of a total of RD$7,536.2 million and the electricity bonus amounted to RD$2,947.5 million.
In the social assistance programs of the Social Cabinet of the Presidency, RD$701.2 million of a total of RD$1,174.9 million have been executed.
In the area of assistance to the elderly, RD$257.9 million has been spent out of a total of RD$395.8 million for the entire year.
The LPG transport subsidy was allocated RD$370.6 million out of an annual budget of RD$636.4 million.
RD$72.7 million was spent on higher education incentives.
There is no provision in the current budget for incentives for Navy enlisted personnel, although the original budget for this year included RD$46.8 million. The Ministry of Education spent RD$411.5 million on its Aprende and Avanza programs.
