According to the investigation, since August 17, Rubén Mancera Gámez, Sevinch Ergin Kyashifova, 50 years old, and Lorena Shukrian Mancera Kyashofiva, 20 years old, were reported missing to the capital prosecutor’s office.
The wanted list states that the three are father, mother and daughter. The publication was posted on a property on Paseo de la Reforma that had a banner displayed that read “Property in dispute, do not be surprised.”
Following various inquiries, the Missing Persons Prosecutor’s Office requested and obtained from a judge in the capital a search warrant for the property at Paseo de la Reforma 378, which was executed on the night of Friday, August 25, and that is where the bodies were found.
“A family member reported the disappearance of the three people on August 17, since he did not receive a response from any of them through phone calls. These events were reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Investigation and Search for Missing Persons (FIPEDE), which ordered an immediate inter-institutional search to locate them,” reads a statement.
Following the removal of the three bodies, the Mexico City Prosecutor’s Office opened the corresponding investigation files for the crime of intentional homicide.
The bodies will be subjected to legal autopsies to determine the causes of death, while the property remains guarded by the capital authorities.
