Cisneros Real Estate has formalized a strategic alliance with Sotheby’s International Realty to exclusively market the 25 beachfront residences that make up the sustainable luxury resort, Four Seasons Dominican Republic at Tropicalia.
Through this agreement, the multinational real estate company will contribute the vast experience of Dominican Republic Sotheby’s International Realty, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, from Miami, and Development Advisors of Sotheby’s International Realty, from New York.
Each of the Sotheby’s firms mentioned will bring their specialized market knowledge to bear in positioning the residences, designed by architect Isay Weinfeld.
The residences are located in Tropicalia, a pristine area of natural beauty that stretches along the southern coast of Samaná Bay, owned by Cisneros Real Estate, the development arm of Cisneros, a private global company.
