Everything is already there prepared so that the people of Venezuela can once again express themselves at the polls this Sunday, August 25, in the Second National Popular Consultation 2024, which will allow communities to select their priority projects.

The voting process is simple and consists of six steps, which are explained below.

First, the voter must present his or her identity card; then he or she must select the option of his or her preference on the ballot; then he or she must deposit the chosen option in the ballot box; then he or she must register in the voting book; finally, the voter must withdraw his or her identity card and register his or her identity with the municipal operator.

All Venezuelans over 15 years old are invited to participate in the election of the second National Popular Consultation.

This will be carried out in 4,500 communal circuits, which bring together some 49,000 communal councils, so that communities can choose their priority projects for water, education, electricity, and roads, among others.

Last April, the municipal circuits throughout the country selected 4,500 priority projects in areas such as health, services, sports and others, some of which have already been implemented and others are in the process of being implemented.
