The Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, thanked his Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodríguez, for the call made to respect the institutionality of Venezuela, after learning of the judgment of the Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) that ratifies the victory of President Nicolás Maduro in the elections of July 28.
Through his account on the social network Threads, Foreign Minister Gil shared the message spread by Rodríguez.
“The decisions of Venezuelan institutions must be respected and interference in them must cease.” Venezuela“, said the Cuban foreign minister.

In response, Gil said that “on behalf of the Venezuelan people, we thank the Cuban Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodríguez, for his call for respect for our institutions after the irrevocable ruling of the Supreme Court that confirmed the reelection of President
Nicolás Maduro with almost 5.2% of the votes.”
The president of the TSJ, magistrate Caryslia Rodríguez, read this Thursday the sentence issued by the Electoral Chamber, in response to the electoral contentious appeal filed by the head of State.
