The President of the Chamber of Deputies, Alfredo Pacheco, also reported this Thursday that the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) will reach a consensus with the legislators of that political organization on the divergent aspects of the constitutional reform project that is being processed in Congress.
“We are receiving opinions and we are still going to finish reaching a consensus on some aspects on which we are not yet fully in agreement. As the party president (José Ignacio Paliza) said, in general terms the PRM supports the reforms,” he said.
Pacheco said that the congressmen of the ruling party should continue to “massage” the bill “a little more” to see what point the different opinions can converge.
