From the facilities of the National Experimental University of Security (UNES), in El Junquito, the Vice President for Citizen Security and Peace, A/J. Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, began the diploma course in Penitentiary Security aimed at 195 guards of this System.
“From the Bolivarian Government, we continue to move forward with a firm step in this judicial transformation, which began with the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chávez, and which continues today with the help of our constitutional president Nicolás Maduro Moros, based on training and ethics to guarantee peace and justice,” said the Admiral in Chief during the opening ceremony, accompanied by the Minister of People’s Power for the Penitentiary Service, Julio García Zerpa.
Likewise, the Minister of People’s Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, highlighted the importance of Operation Great Chief Guaicaipuro for the consolidation of peace in the country, as ordered by the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
In this regard, he stressed the importance of ongoing training for men and women who serve in the Penitentiary System, in order to provide the necessary tools to contribute to the continuity of the judicial revolution.
“I am a witness to the work of the Presidential Commission for the Judicial Revolution, a great team that is guided by the precise and direct lines of the Liberator Simón Bolívar: Independence, our most precious asset, which has cost more than all the others,” he said.
Finally, Ceballos Ichaso highlighted the importance of the actions taken to guarantee the human rights of the prison population, as established by the strategic lines of Vertex 9 of the Great Mission Peace Quadrants.
