From Universidad Avenue, the mayor of the Bolivarian Libertador municipality, A/J Carmen Meléndez, delivered maintenance equipment to the Urban Processing, Collection and Cleaning System (Supra) Caracas.
The Admiral in Chief stressed that this delivery had an investment of 10 million bolivars and it will facilitate the work of the company in squares, boulevards and main avenues of Caracas.
The team includes seven carts and seven electric sweepers; three 3.5-ton sweeper trucks, 200 blowers and 200 weed-eaters. He also mentioned that the city’s traffic lights were recently updated; as well as the restoration of squares and public spaces.
Supra-Caracas is a company that provides urban cleaning, solid waste collection, sweeping, cleaning and washing of public areas in the Capital District, providing comprehensive environmental solutions.
