Santo Domingo.-The president Luis Abinader continued on Wednesday with the appointments of officials and changes of some, at the beginning of his second and last four-year term.
Through decrees 455-24 and 456-24, Abinader appointed 26 officials, including presidents of Boards of Directors, directors and vice ministers.
In decree 455-24, in addition to Guido Gómez Mazar as president of the Board of Directors of the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (INDOTEL) and Josefa Castillo Rodríguez as director of the National Institute for Comprehensive Care of Early Childhood (INAIPI), the president appointed Priamo Rafael Ramírez Ubiera, executive director of the Board of Directors of the Public-Private Trust for the Comprehensive Management of Solid Waste and Milcíades Franjul Pimentel, former senator of Peravia, is designated as liaison of the evangelical churches before the Executive Branch, and coordinator of the Family Cabinet.

Meanwhile, Noel Octavio Suberví Nin has been appointed executive director of the Institute for the Development of the Southwest (INDESUR); Frank Alejandro Herasme Soto has been appointed executive director of the Technical Unit for the Execution of Agroforestry Development Projects of the Presidency of the Republic (UTEPDA) and Rodolfo Valera Grullón has been appointed as head of the General Directorate for the Beautification of Highways and Ring Roads of the Country (DIGECAC).

Meanwhile, in this decree 456-24, Augusto Virgilio de los Santos Almánzar is appointed general director of the Single Beneficiary System (SIUBEN); Antonio Palma Larancuent is appointed vice-minister of Citizen Coexistence of the Ministry of the Interior and Police and Chandrai Esther Estévez Zorrilla is appointed vice-minister of Preventive Security in Vulnerable Sectors of the Ministry of the Interior and Police.
Likewise, Edwin Eusebio Feliz Brito is appointed Vice Minister of Internal Security of the Ministry of the Interior and Police; Carlos Manuel Ogando Bidó is appointed Vice Minister of Control and Regulation of Arms and Ammunition of the Ministry of the Interior and Police and Jefrey Rafael Lizardo Ortiz is appointed Vice Minister of Planning of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Development.
Likewise, Martín Francos Rodríguez has been appointed Vice Minister of Productive Sectors of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Development; Noeliz de Jesús Vásquez has been appointed Vice Minister of Cooperation and International Relations of the Ministry of Housing, Habitat and Buildings; and Ányelo Ramírez Bidó has been appointed Vice Minister of Regional Extension of the Ministry of Youth.
In the same vein, María Eloísa Luna Liberato has been appointed Deputy Minister of Administration and Finance of the Ministry of Youth; Fernando Arturo Lagares has been appointed Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Youth and Paola Aimée Pía Puello has been appointed Deputy Director of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation.

He is a lawyer, public notary and retired general of the National Police, with 35 years of career police service, directing departments of up to 60 people and responsible for the tasks assigned to more than 30 thousand PN agents.
In the professional field of law, he is a judge and prosecutor in police courts, as well as an academic in law subjects at the Cadet School and at the Federico Henríquez y Carvajal University.
Priam Ramirez Ubiera
He holds a degree in Law from the Technological University of Santiago (1994), a Diploma in New Technologies Law and a Diploma on the Law against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism.
