The audio would reveal that Santivañez was asked to deactivate the DIVIAC so that he could be the Minister of the portfolio.

In the conversation, Juan José Santivañez revealed the requirements that the government of Dina Boluarte supposedly asked him for his appointment. “I publicly denounce the alleged abuse of authority that the Minister of the Interior, Juan José Santivañez Antúnez, is committing against Captain Izquierdo,” said lawyer José Carlos Mejía.
