A special operations team from the Caracas Urban Processing, Collection and Cleaning System (Supra) was deployed at kilometer 16 of the El Junquito road, Libertador municipality of Caracas, with the aim of carrying out exhaustive cleaning work on this road.
In line with this effort, similar work has been carried out in various communities in the Venezuelan capital, such as San Agustín del Sur and the upper part of Cañisitos de El Valle, which have benefited from these actions. The community now enjoys spaces free of solid waste, which guarantees and promotes a healthier and more pleasant environment for everyone.
Caracas Mayor Carmen Meléndez, through the Instagram account of the Caracas mayor’s office, stated that “we will continue with the commitment to keep our streets clean and tidy, this is essential for the well-being of citizens. The tireless work of the cleaning teams contributes to preserving the natural beauty of Caracas and ensuring that public spaces are in optimal conditions.”
