Tacna: Julio Gonzáles was elected president of AJU Zotac by 10 votes

The businessman Julio César González Ayala, from the Galería Coronel Mendoza association, is the new president of the Association of Users of the Tacna Free and Commercial Zone (AJU Zotac).

The process took place on Sunday, in which Ernesto Salluca Paucara, representative of list 1, won with 257 votes, obtaining 247 votes.

New board of directors

González will be accompanied by Vice President Aurelio Quenta Ticona, Secretary of Minutes and Archives Henry Machaca Chambi, Secretary of Economy Ismael Chambilla Huerta, Secretary of Organization Edgar Condori Chambilla and other members of List 2.

In a brief statement to Correo, he said that his work plan includes 15 points of action which focus on improving the benefits for users and merchants of the free zone.

Regarding the current management of Zofratacna’s president, Efraín Mamani, he said that he has just assumed the position and therefore cannot make a judgment. List number 2 of Julio González Ayala obtained a total of 257 votes.
