Deputy Manuel Samaniego, from the Vamos party, referred to the selection of the new comptroller, saying that more than 67 people have submitted their documents and will be evaluated by the Credentials Commission.
He pointed out the importance of the fact that the candidate for comptroller must be questioned by the deputies and that is not currently happening.
Regarding the appearance of the rector of UNACHI before the Budget Committee, he said that this university has become the private estate of the rector of the deputies and that is not currently the case.
Regarding parallel decentralization, he stressed that there are more than 200 complaints and that the current Comptroller has not been willing to investigate or carry out audits.
