Summary of the first day of the special session of the Dian on income tax returns

How many people have been able to declare their income despite the problems that the Dian has had?

During the first day of the special session organized by the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) for taxpayers affected in the income tax return process by the technological contingency of last week, the entity attended to 6,840 procedures in 44 cities of the country.

In the balance of the first of the three days of this event, Dian reported that the most requested procedures during this Saturday were the generation or update of the RUT and the generation or update of electronic signature.

It should be noted that the event will continue this Sunday and the public holiday Monday 18 and 19 August.

Please note that the entity will only handle processes associated with tax returns such as:

– Registration in the RUT
– RUT update
– Generation and updating of electronic signature
– Password recovery
– Support for taxpayers to complete the declaration procedure at the self-service kiosks located at the contact points.
