The FGR indicated that after taking on the case of the death of Héctor Melesio Cuén Ojeda – linked to the capture of Ismael Zambada “El Mayo” – a series of deficiencies were found.
In at least 5 of the 10 points of the FGR, they criticize the expert work, both on the body of Cuén Ojeda and on the vehicle where he traveled after an alleged attack caused his death.
