Santo Domingo.- Monsignor Nouel’s senator, Hector Acosta, Popularly known as “El Torito”, made his comeback in the National Congress This August 16, in the midst of the inauguration ceremonies.
Acosta, who had been absent for health reasons, stressed the importance of his recovery in order to be able to continue his legislative work.
During this new legislative period, Acosta will focus on serving his province of Monseñor Nouel and announced that he will introduce a bill to protect Dominican artists through legislation dedicated to music.
