The 17th Korean Culture Festival in São Paulo has had its schedule changed due to the Unified National Competition (CNU) taking place this weekend. All activities scheduled to take place in open spaces next Sunday (18), the day of the competition, have been relocated to the Oswald de Andrade space in Bom Retiro.
On Saturday (17), the event will be held at Praça Coronel Fernando Prestes (known as Praça Tiradentes), from 11 am to 8 pm. The international attraction NTX will be held from 7 pm to 8 pm, as will the final of the 12th edition of the K-Pop Festival Contest. The updated schedule can be seen at website of the festival.
The event is organized by the Brazilian Association of Koreans, with the support of the Korean Cultural Center in Brazil, the Bom Retiro Development Committee and the City of São Paulo. Admission is free.
The Korean Culture Festival has been held since 2006 and takes place annually in August in the Bom Retiro neighborhood, a cultural hub for Korean traditions in the capital of São Paulo.
