Until August 18, the Popular Power of the four thousand 500 communal circuits must choose the seven community projects that will be uploaded to the system of the National Popular Consultationwith the aim of completing the selection process for the proposals that will be voted on on August 25.
The electoral campaign will take place from August 19 to 24, during which the spokespersons of the community organizations will inform the inhabitants of their territories of the seven projects that will go to the National Popular Consultation.
On August 8 of this year, at the Miraflores Palace, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduroratified the call for the National Popular Consultation to be held on August 25.
“I committed to moving forward with de-bureaucratization, to moving forward with direct government with the people, that is why I ratify the call for consultative elections on August 25 for the projects of the 4,500 communal circuits,” the head of state emphasized.
