If you have recently applied for a retirement pension and want to know what stage of the process it is in, the Pension Normalization Office (ONP) has a telephone exchange where you will receive this information in real time.
The line of the ONP is (01) 634 2222 At the national level, members who have a retirement application in process must select option 1 from the menu, then enter their ID number and the number again. option 1. The response will automatically arrive to your email.

To access the service, you only need your ID and virtual password. You do not need an advisor to assist you. The ONP recommends checking your inbox and junk mail.
The hours of operation for this automated service are Monday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
How to get the virtual key?
In case of not having DNI neither virtual key, ONP pension advisors are available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The ONP’s virtual key allows its members and pensioners to access all the virtual services provided by the institution. All you need is to be a Peruvian or foreign member or pensioner, have a personal email address and a cell phone number.
To request it you can enter onpvirtual.pe top right option “your secure area”, option “I want my virtual key”. Once you register your personal and contact information, a security code will be sent to the email address you registered in the form.
This code will allow you to generate a virtual key of at least eight alphanumeric characters.
