According to the complaint, the director, Virginia Huamán Zavala, has three complaints for physical abuse, in one of which she details that she grabbed a student by the ear, another for throwing marijuana in the face of a student who was erasing the blackboard, and the last for making comments regarding a girl’s typical clothing, “you came like that, you dress like a clown,” she is reported to have told her. In this regard, the parents filed a complaint with the Ugel, who stated that it is an administrative process so that the director can receive a sanction, however, 20 days have passed and there has been no response.
