The discovery of the bodies of an elderly couple, who were allegedly murdered, has caused consternation in the Puno jungle. Police from the Criminal Investigation Area of Azángaro and the prosecutor on duty in Sandia are carrying out the necessary procedures to clarify this terrible event.

Citizen Percy A. A (42) went to the police station, reporting that his parents are without signs of life in the yard of their home located in the Central Quesñiani sector, in the Quiaca Ayllu community, in the province of Sandia.
The officers went to the scene, where they found the lifeless bodies of two people lying in the yard, who were identified as: Simplicia Ancco Tacca (72) and Aquilino Arpita Ccora (72).
Authorities reported that they observed signs of violence on both bodies.which is why it is presumed that they were murdered. The Sandia prosecutor ordered that the specialized police personnel from Azángaro carry out the removal of the bodies in order to subsequently perform the legal autopsy.
