Thursday, August 8, at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, boxing will be highly anticipated in our country with the fight between Atheyna Bylon who will face Cindy Ngamba from Cameroon who is under the banner of the Refugee Olympic Team.
Boxing starts at 2:30 pm with the men’s -57kg category with the semi-final bouts between Abdumalik Khalokov from Uzbekistan against Charlie Senior from Australia and the other key between Munarbek Seiitbek Uulu from Kirgiztan who faces Javier Ibanez from Bulgaria.
The -75kg category begins at 3:02 p.m. with the first semi-final match between Li Qian from China and the Australian Caitlin Parker. Then, the match will have all the attention in our country when Atheyna Bylon faces Cindy Ngamba. That fight is scheduled at 3:18 p.m. Panama time.
The day will close with the men’s -51kg final when Billal Bennama of France will contest the gold medal against Hasanboy Dusmatov of Uzbekistan.
