BancoEstado has launched a new edition of the Emprende Award, an initiative aimed at supporting SMEs throughout Chile. This contest offers prizes ranging from $1,500,000 to $8,000,000, providing a significant incentive for entrepreneurs. Applications are open until August 31, and are divided into three main categories: National Awards, Regional Awards and Startups Award – STEM. Here we explain how you can apply for this attractive draw.
The Emprende Award of State Bank There are several categories and different prize amounts. In the National Awards, one man and one woman will be selected in the microenterprise category, who will receive $8,000,000 each, as long as their annual sales do not exceed UF 5,000. In the SME category, one man and one woman will also be selected, with prizes of $8,000,000 each, for those whose annual sales range between UF 5,000 and UF 100,000.
What do the regional awards and the Startups – STEM award offer?
The Regional Awards of the State Bank The prizes are for 23 men and 23 women, each of whom will win $1.5 million. In addition, there is a special category for startups in the STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), where one person will be awarded $4 million.
How to participate in the BancoEstado raffle?
To participate in the Emprende Prize draw State Bankfollow these simple steps. First, go to the Banco Estado website and go to the 2024 Emprende Award section. Once there, download the legal bases to ensure you meet all the competition requirements. Then, click on “Apply Here” and follow the instructions provided to complete your application.
During the application process for the contestyou will be asked to provide details about your business, including the category you wish to enter and your annual sales. You will also need to include your CV and any other supporting documentation, such as a business plan or evidence of your business achievements. Once you have submitted your application, the selection process will take place between September and October. The finalists will be evaluated and selected by a specialized jury. The winners will be announced and receive their awards in November.
