The Junín Regional Government has finally delivered the modern infrastructure of the Mariscal Castilla School located in the district of El Tambo, a long-awaited project that will benefit more than 3,000 students. This work, equipped with cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art educational resources, represents a significant step in improving the quality of education in the Mantaro Valley. Grecia Huamán, the school’s school director, expressed the excitement of the entire student population: “We are happy to have modern and equipped classrooms. This school is a gift for us and for future generations. We invite everyone to take care of and value this space that we so deserve.”

The work, valued at S/ 77,276,762.82 million, was received with great enthusiasm by students, parents and directors. The school now has 59 classrooms equipped with interactive screens, functional laboratories, administrative area, stadium, technical workshops, auditorium, library and swimming pool, among other facilities. The general manager, Roy Gonzáles Mayta, highlighted that the work was 100% completed after overcoming obstacles left by previous administrations.
“It doesn’t matter who started the project, the important thing is that today it is finished and at the service of the students,” said Gonzalez.
The school’s director, María Márquez Rondán, thanked the persistence of parents, teachers and authorities in making this dream come true.

With this new infrastructure, the Castilla school is consolidating itself as a benchmark for educational quality in the region, providing its students with the necessary tools.
