DIVIAC police investigate recruitment of hitmen in hooligan groups

Six months ago, a confrontation between supporters of Universitario and Alianza Lima sparked a fierce shootout in the district of Santa Anita, leaving Dairon, a 13-year-old boy, in a coma. According to the police, several of these supporters were recruited for acts of contract killing.
