Santiago de los Caballeros, August 3, 2024.– The National Police reports that the well-known antisocial Junior Alexander Jiménez Martínez (a) “Junior Boca Chula” was shot down after being shot by DICRIM agents. resist be arrested, for being actively sought for his alleged involvement in double homicide and wounding a person and attempting to kill people with a firearm, acts committed on different dates in this province.
According to the police report, the attack took place in the Gurabo sector, at a time when DICRIM agents were following “Junio Boca Chula” to arrest him and he, upon noticing the police presence, shot at said members with a 9mm Glock pistol, without documentation (occupied), the agents were forced to repel the attack, resulting in him being injured and subsequently transferred to a health centre, where he died while receiving medical attention.
The report adds that the events took place when Jiménez Martínez was parked aboard a Jeepeta blue Mazda CX-5, from where he began attacking the members, fleeing in the aforementioned vehicle and continuing the attack against the agents.

“Junio Boca Chula” had an arrest warrant No. 12155-2023 against him for attempted murder of José Mercado Contrera on December 18, 2023.
He was also wanted for injuring Kelvin Pérez Báez on July 24, 2011, and for the following: deaths by Feliz Joel Peña Espinal and Francis Augusto Moreta Jiménez, on June 9, 2009.
The weapon used to attack these members was found at the scene, but when it was searched, it yielded no details.
The body was sent to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF) for legal purposes.
