Sports venues, concerts and festivals, hotels, food fairs, cinemas, nightclubs, bars and others can join the program.

Companies in the events sector taxed on real profits and that comply with all legal requirements of the program can benefit from exemption from the rates of Pis/Pasep (Contribution for Social Integration Programs and Formation of Public Servant Assets), Cofins (Contribution for Financing Social Security), CSLL (Social Contribution on Net Profit) and IRPJ (Corporate Income Tax).
