Deaths in protests rise to 19 as of #1Aug

On Tuesday, July 30, Vladimir Padrino López, Minister of Defense, confirmed the death in Aragua from a gunshot wound of First Sergeant José Antonio Torres Blanca, as well as 23 military personnel and 25 police officers injured.
