The Judiciary ordered 9 months of preventive detention against Rosa Amelia Carmen Paiva, accused as “La Intocable” who was arrested with 1070 packages of cocaine paste (PBC) and 3 bags with the same drug in bulk in a house in the district of Bellavista in the Sullana province.
The 44-year-old woman who was sent to the Sullana women’s prison will be investigated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the crime of illicit drug trafficking (TID).

On July 12, police officers from the Bellavista police station arrested Carmen Paiva on San Pablo Street in the Jorge Basadre settlement in the Bellavista district, where they found the drugs.
