The digital package includes a series of services and products. Among them, a credit line called GiroCaixa Fácil, which can reach R$10,000, depending on the analysis carried out by the bank, with a term of up to 24 months, at an interest rate of 4.01% per month.

To facilitate access for its customers, Caixa will allow accreditation to be done through a tool called Azulzinha, which transforms the customer’s cell phone into a card machine that can be used from anywhere. This way, there will be no rental cost, and a series of payment methods will be accepted, including contactless payment.

The package includes personal accident protection insurance, aimed at micro-entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 80. The insurance covers accidental death; hospitalization and disability due to accident; temporary incapacity due to accident or illness.

It also offers assistance with equipment repairs; consultations via video calls (telemedicine), as well as good environmental practices for the business; home, car and motorcycles; technological support; and funeral assistance for the family (which includes spouse and children, in addition to the insured person).

Opening and accessing these products and services can be done very simply through the Caixa Tem application, without the need for Upload of documents. “The customer only needs to have the CNPJ and the Certificate of Individual Microentrepreneur Condition (CCMEI) of the company on hand”, informs Caixa.
