Bancolombia, one of the country’s leading banking institutions, has informed its users about important work on its digital platform.

These works are scheduled between July 30 and August 8.and will be held from 3:00 am to 3:40 am, for 40 minutes each day.
During these maintenance periods, some of Bancolombia’s digital services will be temporarily out of service.
This measure is part of the entity’s ongoing commitment to improve its systems and offer an optimal experience to its customers. Although certain digital services will not be available, Bancolombia has assured its users that alternative options have been implemented to minimize any inconvenience.
Despite the disruption in digital services, debit and credit card payments, as well as ATM withdrawals, will continue to operate normally. Users will be able to make transactions without restrictions through these channels.
