“As I announced in my speech on July 28, 2023, we are committed to strengthening the Peruvian civil service. In this regard, we approved a regulatory framework that has allowed us to achieve order in the human resources management documents of 176 public entities of the Executive Branch and to incorporate people with suitable profiles for the fulfillment of the public function in management positions in 293 entities of regional and local governments,” said the Head of State.
