Diosdado Cabello said that the guarantee of the vote is assured so that it is one vote per elector and that there is civility in the street. He said that the former presidents and delegates of the PP did not enter because they were not accredited to be international observers.
The first vice president of the PSUV, God given hairstressed on the morning of Sunday, July 28, that the security of the vote is guaranteed and asserted that he has reports throughout the country that in all centers there is a large influx of people to exercise their right to vote.
From Monagas state, Cabello stressed that the democratic game dictates that the results emanating from the governing body will be recognized, even if the ruling party is defeated. In addition, he highlighted the civility of Venezuelans so far this day and stressed that peace will be guaranteed before, during and after the elections.

He asserted that all state agencies are doing their job normally, which demonstrates Venezuela’s democratic spirit; therefore, he warned those sectors that are seeking to exercise violence, “will be left without the desire.”
Cabello stressed that this Sunday the eyes of the world are on Venezuela and that is why he urged people to vote and behave in peace and harmony.
He recalled that in those countries where there are no diplomatic relations, Venezuelans will not be able to vote.
Regarding the former presidents and delegates of the PP who travelled to Venezuela, he asserted that no one was harmed; that they were always treated with respect but that they could not enter because they were not accredited in the process provided for that.
