The head of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Aime Nogalindicated on the morning of Sunday, July 28, that since early in the morning he has been visiting different electoral centers where he indicated that the voting tables began to be set up for the election day.
On his social media, Nogal highlighted that at 6:00 am – the opening time of the election – he noted that 51.75% of the tables were set up at that time throughout the country.
He explained that 99.78% of support technicians, 99.94% of Integrated System operators, 99.53% of Voting Center Coordinators and 99.69% of inventory operators are already present at the voting centers.
He later noted that by 6:30 a.m., 77.95% of the tables had been set up and 59.40% were open.
