According to the study, VI DCH Barometer on Talent Management in Spain and Latin America, Colombia is one of the countries where the welfare and equality law is complied with when hiring for public and private positions.
An example of the above is that between 2020 and 2023, Seguros Bolívar reported 5,456 total company jobs, which perform various tasks in administrative areas. As relevant data, currently out of 14 vice presidencies, 7 of them are under the leadership of women.
