The Colombian delegation will be one of the most prominent in this edition of the Olympic Games, with 89 representatives, of which 52 are women and 37 men. This fact marks a historic milestone, since it is the first time that Colombia has a female majority in its Olympic team.
This achievement is the result of hard work in preparation and qualification over the past four years, where athletes had to excel in various competitions and achieve specific marks to secure their place in Paris 2024.

Colombian athletes will compete in 18 different disciplines, reflecting the country’s diversity and talent in the sports field. Among the disciplines in which Colombia will be present are football, cycling, swimming, athletics, archery, weightlifting, wrestling, gymnastics, golf, canoeing, equestrian, fencing, sailing, triathlon, judo, skateboarding and artistic gymnastics.
