National Police agents seized 400 kilos of marijuana in a farm near the border with Ecuador, located in the town of Quebrada Seca, in the province of Zarumilla, Tumbes.
Anti-drug agents, who carried out intelligence work with the help of agents from Piura and Lima, arrested two people allegedly in charge of guarding the shipment.
In one section of the farm, it was observed that the earth had been removed, and nineteen bags of marijuana of Colombian origin were found, presumably destined for Chile, where the price of the drug is fivefold.
